Refund policy

We want you to love your Nutz n Chains jewellery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
• Items must be in the same condition as received
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us immediately at nutznchains@yahoo.com with:

• A clear photograph of the faulty item
• Your order number
• A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund for faulty items at no cost to you.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
